Residency issue drives a wedge into Tax Court

Following years of conflict within his itinerant court, the Tax Court's top judge says he filed misconduct complaints against six of his 24 judges as a "last resort" because he believed they weren't abiding by the law that all of the court's judges must reside within 40 kilometres of the National Capital Region.
