Retaining wall question

The elevation of my lot is such that the neighbour behind me is at a much higher elevation than I am. ( They are uphill from me) There is a very old wooden retaining wall holding up their backyard which is in pretty bad shape. It is leaning over about 30 degrees and but for the trees it is leaning against on my property it would have collapsed long ago. Who is responsible for repairing or replacing this wall. It appears to be on my property, but only because it has collapsed in sections. If the wall was not there it would not affect me but the neighbour would not have a backyard.
