Pension Entitlement After Quit Job

I have worked for a large Canadian Bank for 15 years, however the last 5 years I was off due to a head injury.  The insurance company I was with during the 5 years decided I had to go back to work, mostly due to the fact that my doctor had retired.  I went back to work for 8 months.  This time was horrible for me, but I tried my best.   I was hated by my co-workers and my boss.  Accused of being lazy, and getting complaints from costomers.  I quit last week, unable to stop crying at work.  My qustion is after 15 years of being employed will I get a lump sum pension that I will be able to live on.  Or does my pension have to go into anothor savings for my retirement?  I do know that banks follow their own labour laws so I am worried.

Thank You For you Time
