What do to about notice that action will be dismissed and never heard of the case

Hi,

I just received a letter from the Ontario Superior Cout of Justice.  It's a notice that action will be dismissed and I'm listed as the defendent.  I don't recognize the plaintiff and I have no idea what it's about.

Should I do anything about it?  The letter seems odd that it's not printed on any custom stationary (just regular blank paper) and is not signed.  It does have a court file no but I'm not sure how I can get information about the case?

Thanks.
