When an arbitrator is being prejudiced in his decision

I have signed an arbitration agreement to get an unprejudiced decision for the cost to build a house.  The arbitrator came back with report stating he used receipts and hand written notes from the person who is suing me. Can I declare the arbitrators report to be prejudiced and not binding?
