Working in Ontario on Visa + Workplsce rights

My girlfriend is here on a work visa and she first told me that she worked a lot which was ok, made our life abit challenging but that's life. I've now found out that she signed a 2 yr contract that she was to be working a 40hr work week. Last December a colleague of hers quit and instead of hiring another person they dumped these extra hours to her as the company didnt feel they needed two people at the time. This would be OK if the company compensated her overtime in my opinion but they are doing nothing. She is working 75-80hrs a week now for the same 40hr salary. She is very afraid to speak up as she can't afford to lose the job as shed be at risk to have to leave the country. She also is one of the few working on visa with the company so she's scared to do anything as she fears the company will know its her and just fire her down the road. Any suggestions? I'm pretty sure even though she's not Canadian citizen this is against the law in some way, it clearly is an abuse of power.
